Hello fitness family,

Coach Adam here wishing you a happy September. On this month’s newsletter, I wanted to share a little bit about how wisdom can be found at every moment of the day. You just have to be looking for it. Many times when I awake in the morning, I find my mind in a pattern of wandering or worry or repeating the same old story about how things are. Most of these mindsets are unproductive. I focus my mind on what is in front of me. And that’s always my routine, my good habits, my business and my clients. My clients never fail to motivate me as a coach because I see their intention and their energy and it gives the session life. I simply guide that energy into detail orientation, a route to a goal, and every style of troubleshooting necessary to arrive safely. This month, I asked you (my clients) to tell me more about the wisdom that drives your life. And this is what you said:
“When someone shows you their true self, believe them.” —Mary
“When life gives you lemons, put those lemons on your hot dog.” —Jen
“Have some ‘shouldless’ days.” —Rosie
“Don’t let the shit that’s out of your control control your mind.” —Noah
“Do the thing that you’re afraid of because you’ll wonder why you didn’t do it earlier.” —Chris
“It’s good to remind ourselves that there is very little in this world more important than caring for your body and removing the things in our lives that are toxic. So then we can enjoy being alive longer and more fully with the amazing people we surround ourselves with.” —Brad
“If there’s a little fear and trepidation around a next step, you’re probably on the right path.” —Adam
“Plan fun.” —Kelley
“Thou shall not compare.” —Doc Whitmore

We have some wonderful news to share! Coach Steven has graduated with his degree in Kinesiology. This is huge news both for Steven on a personal level but also for this organization. Steven is a huge part of what we do here. You’ll be seeing him around a lot this fall and winter, so be sure and congratulate him on his big step when you see him next.
