Injury Recovery

Training that works around injury and pain.

Injury recovery is where the ground-up approach matters most. We rebuild strength through full ranges of motion the body forgot it had.

Strength through full ranges of motion.

Whether you're coming back from surgery, a chronic ache, or a stubborn old injury, ATG training meets you at zero load and adds capacity safely. Adam rehabilitated his own ACL and severe meniscus tears with the same method — so this isn't theory, it's lived.

ATG / knees-over-toes training builds strength through full ranges of motion. That makes it well suited to working around old injuries and pain — loads can be scaled down to start and built back up as you progress.

What it helps with

Common areas we train around.

If your concern isn't listed, ask — we can talk through whether the method fits.

  • Knee pain & post-ACL / meniscus rehab

  • Balance and fall prevention
  • Return-to-activity confidence

Clients pushing the sled together during a strength session at No Easy Feet
My weekly sessions with Adam are on Friday afternoons, and they are the best way to kick off my weekend -- better than wine, hands down. My lingering shoulder pain was GONE after several weeks of training with him, and it has not come back (7 months of training with him). I’m stronger in every way. He is professional, knowledgeable, committed, supportive, and I can’t recommend him enough. Last Friday I sweat so much my glasses fell off, and I was not bothered.
